
Natascha de Cortillas Diego (b. 1967) holds an Undergraduate Degree in Visual Arts at the University of Concepción and a Master’s in Urban Art at UNAM (Mexico). She currently works as a Visual Arts Professor at the University of Concepción. Natascha develops culinary actions from a visual arts perspective, articulating local production, open fairs, and territory.

This work is an ethnographic exercise that, within the urban scene, raises and relieves the contrast of silence and forgetfulness in the Chilean daily life experience of today. The action transits in a route of four points in the city of Santiago, Chile.
